Review : Mukunda

Story :

Mukunda Film begins a small rural town in a Godavari region. A Political leader Rao Ramesh have two daughters, commonly his elder daughter loves her classmate, he is a low caste guy. Varun Tej as a friend of Rao Ramesh’s Daughter Lover, Varun Tej saved his friend from Rao Ramesh goons and from after he is going to against Rao Ramesh. Pooja Hedge as Rao Ramesh’s Younger Daughter, Varun Tej and Pooja Hedge love story bigin, this love makes Rao Ramesh more anger. Before the interval the small suspense in this love story.

Varun Tej saving his and his friend life fromt he goons, After that he decided to damage Rao Ramesh political life. Prakash Raj entrance as selfless social worker. Varun Tej giving support to Prakash Raj and he push Praksh Raj to nominate against Rao Ramesh. Varun Tej teamed up with his friends and entire you of town against villanious politicians. Prakash Raj win in the elections, Movie end with a good youthfull message.

* Debutant Hero Varun Tej is going to be the cynosure in the film.

* Prior to this film, Varun Tej has under gone training in acting skills under the supervision of Satyanand who trained his uncle Power Star Pawan Kalyan.

* Gorgeous Actress Pooja Hedge is the special attraction in the movie.

* Srikanth Addala, who attracted the audience with the movies ‘Kotha Bangaru Lokam’ and ‘Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu’ is the director of this movie.

* The movie is jointly produced by Tagore Madhu and Nallamalapu Srinivas on Leo Productions banner.

* Noted film-maker Sekhar Kammula is reported to make a cameo appearance in the film.

* Rao Ramesh, Prakash Raj, Nassar and Brahmanandam are playing other key roles in the film.

* The film was initially titled as Gollabhama. But, the makers changed the title as Mukunda Murari in early August 2014. However, on Janmashtami, the makers renamed the film with final Title as “Mukunda”.

* The movie was initially scheduled for a Sankranthi release in January 2015. However, the release was advanced to 24th December 2014 as a Christmas feast to the audience in order to avoid clash with Pawan Kalyan’s “Gopala Gopala”.

* Apart from Hyderabad, the film was predominantly shot in Andhra Pradesh at various places like Rajahmundry, Bhimavaram and Amalapuram, as well as at Cochin and Alleppey in Kerala and at Kanyakumari in Tamil Nadu.

* The film was awarded an ‘U/A’ certificate by Central Board of Film Certification.

* The film’s overseas theatrical distribution rights were acquired by Asian Movies and CineGalaxy, Inc.

* The Audio of Mukunda released recently, created a huge buzz and have got overwhelming response from the audience. Sirivennala Seetharamasastry’s meaningful lyrics and Mickey J Meyer’s melodious tunes made them a huge hit.

* The soundtrack features 6 songs in total. Aditya Music acquired the soundtrack rights in August 2014 for an undisclosed high price.

* The theatrical trailer of Varun Tej’s launch pad was colorful and vibrant. Varun created a lot of excitement with his intense looks and mind blowing screen presence in the 34-seconds promo.

* A song teaser “Chesededo……” from the movie, released by the film-makers exposed the dancing skills of Varun Tej. Varun managed to score decent marks with his dance moves.

* A Special Screening of ‘Mukunda’ has been arranged on last Sunday. This special show has been watched by the members of the Mega Family including some Directors, Producers and Writers as well. This movie has garnered very positive response from all of them.

“MUKUNDA” the upcoming Telugu film Written and Directed by Srikanth Addala. Mega Prince Varun Tej and Pooja Hegde as the Lead roles. Rao Ramesh, Parkash Raj, Nassar and Brahmanandam were seen in supporting roles. Mukunda was the debut film of Varun tej as a volleyball player with Pooja Hegde as his love interest. The film was produced by Nallamalapu Srinivas and Tagore Madhu jointly under the banner of Leo Productions. Music was composed by Mickey J Meyer continuing his association with Srikanth addala after Kotha Bangaru Lokam and Seetamma vakitlo sirimalle chettu while V.Manikandan was the director of photography.

‘Sekhar kamula’, the famous director whose is well known for his movies Anand, Happy Days and Leader and others had a Cameo Appearance in the movie. After Anand as an auto driver now he will be seen for the second time in Srikanth Addala’s Mukunda. The film Completed all censor formalities & it was awarded an ‘U/A’ certificate by Central Board of Film Certification. Mukunda was initially scheduled for Sankranthi release but now it has been preponed to be released worldwide on 24 December 2014.
