Mahesh Babu’s comedy entertainer Aagadu released across the globe amidst so much waiting and expectations today.
Even as the reviewers are busy belting out their feelings about the Srinu Vaitla directorial, the movie had silently gone past records set by Pawan Kalyan’s Attarintiki Daaredi at overseas.
Aagadu movie’s premier show record $357k from 89 locations has beaten Pawan's Attarintiki Daredi movie record collections of $345k from 65 locations.
Thanks to 14 Reels makers who have worked on continuous publicity Aagadu has managed to beat the record. In fact from the hype it was expected to gross around around $450, and though exact figures maybe touching $400 it definitely failed to fetch $450 gross. As compared to screens of Aagadu and Attarintiki Daredi movies, AD continues to be at No.1 position.
