Delhi-born actress Tapsi is livid about recent sexual harassment on kids in Bengaluru.

Tapsi vented her anger saying " In India rape incidents have grown alarmingly. It is a shame for the nation. Media is reporting of such crimes everyday. The perpetrators should be punished strictly so that no one else would dare to perpetrate the act again." "How can anyone rape kids," she asked.

Tapsi felt delay in bringing the culprits to book in such cases is proving to be an incentive to perpetrate more crimes. Justice delayed is justice denied, she said and wanted exemplary punishment for the criminals.
