Director Siruthai Siva is busy finalizing his team for his upcoming film starring Ajith. The duo is expected to start shooting once Thala completes his current project with Gautham Menon. Now, we hear that Siva has roped in Santhanam for the film. It looks like the director has completed writing the script for the film, which is expected to be a mass entertainer like his earlier film with Thala. A lot of leading heroines have also been considered for the female lead but no one has been approached yet.
A source in the know says, "Santhanam has been finalized for Siva's film with Ajith, which is likely to kick-start in December. Right now, Siva has got Ajith and Santhanam on board and the rest of the cast and crew are yet to be confirmed."
The source adds, "Santhanam did a major role in Veeram. In this film, Siva is trying something more hilarious than the Veeram track." As stated earlier, Santhanam is doing the balancing act between his films as hero and projects as comedian.
