Ilayathalapathy Vijay has sung a funky number for Kaththi. He has recorded a song titled Selfie Pulla, composed by Anirudh and written by Madan Karky. We had reported earlier that this will be a 'love kuthu' song in folk style. Now, the latest is that Vijay will be heading to London for shooting the same.
As soon as Anirudh completed the recording, he posted a selfie with Vijay on his micro-blogging site. A source in the know says, "Vijay was very cool during the recording. He recorded the song in just three hours. He loved the song, especially the phrase 'selfie pulla', and immensely enjoyed his singing experience. He will be flying to London to record this number."
As a teaser to this song, Anirudh had recently started a selfie contest online, where fans were asked to post a selfie with Kaththi's poster in the background. The film, which is being directed by Murugadoss, is nearing completion and the audio launch is likely to be held later this month.
