National award winning actress Tabu who has taken up a diverse kind of roles in her illustrious career will now be seen as Shahid Kapoor’s mother in the upcoming film ‘Haider’. Speaking to a leading news channel, Tabu stated that initially she was hesitant to play a mother’s role but now she is very happy for having played Shahid’s mother. She also added that she badly misses doing commercial films and wished that she could do more of them and interestingly, she even wanted to work in more comedy films rather than her usual serious roles.
