Actress Shruthi Chandralekha (22) was arrested in Bangalore for murdering her husband in Maduravoyal eight months ago. The young actress, who acted in a few Tamil and Kannada films, and two accomplices killed S Ronald Peter Prinzo, 35. With the help of five others, they buried the body in Palayamkottai in Tirunelveli district.
After suffering heavy losses in his business ventures, Prinzo decided to make porn movies and relentlessly pressured Shruthi to act in them. She said Prinzo wanted her to take part in group sex for the porn films but she refused. It is said that this forced the actress to plot his murder. She also took the help of her former partners in business Umachandran and Prinson, who wanted to get back at Prinzo, who they believed had cheated them.
Actress Shruthi poisoned Prinzo's food and killed him with the help of Umachandran and Prinson, who strangled him to death. They transported the body in a car to Asirvatha Nagar in Palayamkottai and buried it there. Shruti Chandralekha was nabbed by a special police team from her hideout in Bangalore a few days ago.
