As expected, 'Aagadu' failed to cross 'Atharintiki Daredi' Day 1 AP & Nizam record by a big margin of Rs 1 crore. However, The Mahesh Babu starrer managed to be All Time Top 2 in Tollywood.
Previous Mahesh Babu's Day one collections were topped by 1 - Nenokkadine (2014) which fetched Rs 8.4 crores. Aagadu beat 1 - Nenokkadine by fatching 10.33 crores. Nizam collections Controversy has added to the collections.
