If the latest reports are to be believed, Gopichand's "Loukyam" might not clash with Mahesh Babu's "Aagadu" and Ram Charan's "Govindudu Andari Vaadele" ("GAV") at the box office.

"Loukyam", touted to be an action-comedy entertainer, has been slated to hit the screens on 26 September just a week after the release of "Aagadu" on 19 September. "GAV" makers are planning to release the film on 1 October as a Dussehra treat for the fans.

With the release of two biggies, "Loukyam" might find it difficult to grab enough number of screens. The film is carrying low buzz and its teasers, which were released last month, have evoked lukewarm response. On the other hand, there are hug expectations on "Aagadu" and "GAV" and the films' teasers have generated a lot of hype about the projects.

As far as the box office is concerned, the Gopichand starrer will be facing strong competition from "Aagadu" and "GAV," backed by the star power of Mahesh Babu and Ram Charan.

The makers of "Loukyam" had earlier confirmed the film's release date as 26 September, but latest reports suggest that the film might not make it to theatres on the slated date in a bid to avoid locking horns with the two biggies.

"Loukyam" is likely to release on 26 September, only if "GAV" release date gets postponed. If the Ram Charan starrer hits theatres on the scheduled date of 1 October, then the release of "Loukyam" will be pushed to 9 October or to a later date, reported Andhraboxoffice.

The delay in "Loukyam" release is likely to boost the business of "Aagadu." The Mahesh starrer will enjoy at least two-week run at the box office. "Aagadu" makers are planning for a big release for the action-packed entertainer.

Mahesh will be donning the role of a cop in the film directed by Srinu Vaitla. The director is popular for making complete entertainers with loads of action and comedy. "Aagadu" is also expected to be on similar lines and is likely to take fantastic openings at the box office. Whether the Mahesh starrer will be able break records is something one needs to wait and watch.
