Tamil film-maker Mani Ratnam and his wife were in Hyderabad on Tuesday. Suhasini Mani Ratnam said responding to a question about multi-starrer movie of Mahesh and Nagarjuna and said ”Mahesh Babu has other commitments so the multi-starrer has been delayed for now. I think he (Mani) is on his way to Hyderabad to meet a couple of people for another project.”
Talks have been going on in Tollywood, about who the two people are? Clarifying these doubts ”The meeting was set up by actress Suhasini to discuss perspective films. One was to explore the possibility of Mani Ratnam directing Chiranjeevi’s 150th film. Secondly, Mani Ratnam also sought to discuss the possibility of casting Ram Charan in a multi-starrer which Mahesh and Nagarjuna were supposed to act in but opted out,” says a close aide of Mani Ratnam.
