Indications are that Shruti Haasan could be pairing up with Ram Charan again. It is reliably learnt that the makers of Mega Power Star's next film are all set to sign up the actress. "The filmmakers were looking for a big name to play the lead and zeroed in on Shruti after considering several names. More details of the project would be announced soon," says a source in the film's unit.

Sreenu Vaitla is directing the movie billed as an "action entertainer", produced by DVV Danayya. The filmmakers are in the process of finalising the rest of the cast and crew for the movie. "Sreenu Vaitla is expected to finish the final draft of the script soon," informs the source.

Apparently, "the sizzling onscreen chemistry between Shruti and Ram Charan" in their previous film clicked it for the filmmakers who are "hoping to recreate the same magic once again".

Charan will be sporting a "new look" in the youthful entertainer expected to go on the floors later this year. Currently, Charan is working on Govindudu Andarivadele while Shruti has just wrapped up shooting for an item number in Mahesh Babu-starrer Aagadu.
