Salman Khan’s ‘Kick’ is continuing its storm at the box office and is breaking all records. The latest update is that this Telugu remake has collected 228.08 crores till Wednesday and with these figures, it beats the record set by Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Chennai Express’ which collected 226.70 crores in domestic circuit. Film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh posted on Twitter, “After surpassing #3Idiots, #Kick now overtakes #ChennaiExpress biz in India. #Kick total till Wed: 228.08 cr nett. ALL TIME BLOCKBUSTER!”
Released in over 5000 theaters in India as well as in 42 other countries, this action entertainer had collected a huge sum of Rs 83.83 crores in its opening weekend itself. Produced and directed by Sajid Nadiadwala, ‘Kick’ features Sri Lankan actress Jacqueline Fernandez as the female lead opposite Salman.
