Akshay Kumar's "Entertainment" maintained its hold at the box office on first Monday. The domestic box office collection of the movie now stands at ₹43.69 crore and will soon touch the ₹50 crore mark in India.

Due to its hold at the box office, "Entertainment" minted ₹7 crore on its fourth day. The film had a decent opening weekend and was expected to fetch well during weekdays. And as expected the film started the weekdays on a very strong note.

"#Entertainment has a SUPER-STRONG Monday. Fri 11.16 cr, Sat 11.53 cr, Sun 14 cr, Mon 7 cr. Total: ₹ 43.69 cr nett. India biz," trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted.

"It had a slow start, but the film saw a big jump on Sunday. One will have to wait and see how it will perform before Ajay Devgn's Singham Returns releases on Friday," exhibitor Rajesh Thadani told Mid-Day.
